No mobile information will be sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

1. Program

EG Solar, LLC ("EG Solar Quote and Order Updates") sends text messages about your quote request, your order, delivery and scheduling, and support for products you bought from us. These are customer care and transactional messages.

2. How you opt in

You opt in by checking the text message consent box on our quote form at egsolar.app/contact and providing your mobile number, or by asking our team by phone or email to text you about your quote or order. The consent box is never pre-checked. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies with your request and order activity, typically a few messages per quote or order.

4. Cost

EG Solar does not charge for these messages. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.

5. Opt out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You'll get one confirmation message and no more texts after that. You can also email egsolarllc@gmail.com or call (972) 469-1106 to be removed. To opt back in, reply START.

6. Help

Reply HELP to any message, email egsolarllc@gmail.com, or call (972) 469-1106.

7. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messages are supported by most US mobile carriers.

8. Privacy

We handle your information according to our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always posted on this page with its date.
