Terms of Service and Sale

These terms are a contract between you and EG Solar, LLC ("EG Solar", "we", "us"). They cover your use of egsolar.app and any purchase you make from us. Please read them, including the limitation of liability in section 12 and the dispute terms in section 14.

1. Using this site

You may use egsolar.app for personal and lawful business purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to access it in unauthorized ways, interfering with its operation, scraping it at volume, submitting false information, or using it to send spam. We may suspend access for anyone who does.

2. Who we are

EG Solar, LLC is a Utah limited liability company located at 284 W 450 N, Hyde Park, UT 84318. We are an independent retailer. We are not the manufacturer of the products we sell. Anker, Anker SOLIX and related product names are trademarks of their owners and appear on this site only to identify the products we sell.

3. Product information

We take care to publish accurate information. Specifications come from the manufacturer's published materials and may change without notice. Runtime, output and charging estimates, including results from the End Game Planner, are planning estimates only. Actual performance depends on your loads, temperature, installation, battery age and other conditions. Product images on this site are illustrations, not photographs of the exact item.

4. Quotes and orders

Prices are provided by written quote. Unless a quote says otherwise, it is valid for 7 days and is subject to product availability.
A quote is an offer to sell on these terms. Your order is accepted when we confirm it in writing and receive payment.
We may decline or cancel an order, including after acceptance, if a product becomes unavailable, a price or description was clearly wrong, we suspect fraud, or we cannot deliver to your address. If we cancel, we refund what you paid in full.
Products are sold for use in the United States. Orders for resale may require our written agreement.

5. Payment, taxes and fees

Payment is due in full before an order ships unless your quote states a different schedule, for example a deposit on a home backup project. We accept payment through the secure payment link or invoice we send you; we do not collect card numbers on this site. Prices are in US dollars. We collect sales tax where required by law, based on the delivery address. Your quote shows shipping, freight, tax and any other charges before you pay.

6. Delivery, title and risk

Delivery terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Ship dates are estimates. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the products are delivered to the address you provide. Inspect shipments on arrival and report visible damage within 48 hours as described in the Shipping Policy.

7. Returns and cancellations

Returns, refunds and order cancellations are governed by our Returns and Refunds Policy, which is part of these terms.

8. Warranties

Products are covered by the manufacturer's limited warranty, as described on our Warranty page. EG Solar does not add its own product warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EG Solar disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Some states do not allow these disclaimers, so they may not apply to you.

9. Installation and electrical work

Connecting any power station, battery system or generator to a building's electrical system must be done through an approved transfer switch, interlock or listed power panel, by a licensed electrician, and in compliance with local codes and permit requirements. When we coordinate installation, the work is performed by an independent licensed contractor under a separate agreement between you and that contractor, which governs scope, permits, workmanship and its warranty. EG Solar is not responsible for work performed by others or for any installation you perform yourself.

10. Your safety responsibilities

Follow the manufacturer's manual, warnings and operating limits.
Run fuel-burning generators outdoors only, far from doors, windows and vents, and keep working carbon monoxide alarms in your home.
Never back-feed a home through a wall outlet.
Do not rely on a single power source for life-sustaining medical equipment. Keep a plan with your medical provider.

11. No professional advice

Information on this site and from our team is general product guidance. It is not electrical engineering, legal or tax advice. Ask a qualified professional about code requirements, permits, incentives and tax treatment where you live.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EG Solar will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, spoiled food, business interruption or loss of use, arising from the site or any product, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid us for that product or order.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify EG Solar against claims arising from your misuse of the site or products, your violation of these terms, or installation or modification performed by you or contractors you hire.

14. Disputes and governing law

If you have a problem, contact us first at egsolarllc@gmail.com or (972) 469-1106; most issues are resolved quickly that way. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Cache County, Utah, and you and we consent to that venue, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court where eligible. Nothing here removes rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your state.

15. Intellectual property

The site's design, text, illustrations and code belong to EG Solar or its licensors. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners. You may not copy or reuse site content for commercial purposes without our permission.

16. Changes and general terms

We may update these terms; the version posted here with its date applies to orders placed after that date. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. These terms, your accepted quote and the policies linked here are the entire agreement between us for your order.
