Cancel before it ships
You can cancel any order for a full refund until it ships. Special orders and custom systems that we order specifically for you may be subject to a cancellation fee stated on your quote.
30-day returns
- Request a return within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be complete, in new condition, with all accessories, manuals and original packaging.
- Unopened items: full refund of the product price.
- Opened but unused items in like-new condition: refund of the product price less a restocking fee of up to 15%.
- Return shipping is paid by you unless the item was damaged, defective or wrong. Large and freight items must be returned on a pallet in the original packaging; we can arrange the freight pickup and deduct the cost from your refund, quoted in advance.
What can't be returned
- Items that show use, wear, damage or modification, or are missing parts or packaging.
- Generators that have been filled with fuel or oil or have been run.
- Special-order or custom items, unless defective.
- Installation labor or services already performed.
- Products returned after 30 days. These may still be covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Tell us within 7 days of delivery. Send photos and a short description. Once we confirm the problem, we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, including original and return shipping. After 7 days, defects are handled under the manufacturer's warranty.
How to start a return
- Contact us at egsolarllc@gmail.com or (972) 469-1106 with your order number.
- We'll issue a return authorization and instructions. Returns sent without authorization may be refused.
- Pack the item in its original packaging. Lithium batteries must be shipped following the instructions we send you.
Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Your bank may take a few more days to post it. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is due to our error or a defect.
Your rights
This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under your state's consumer protection laws.
